A GREEN-FINGERED group is once more the crowning glory of a Denbighshire town.
Denbigh in Bloom has planted nine promenade planters in the centre of Denbigh in royal colours ready to celebrate King Charles III's coronation with money donated by Denbigh Town Council.
A huge thank-you has been given to the dedicated volunteers of the Denbigh in Bloom group, who braved the cold weather to carry out the work.

Denbigh mayor Cllr Alyn Ashworth said that the planters look truly beautiful and they have made the location so much brighter, especially with the lovely spring weather.
The town council is planning some events to celebrate the king’s coronation, which will take place on May 6.
Details of these will be published in due course.
